As my first post to get the blog going I thought I’d revisit some shots from November 2008 when I went to the fair with my younger daughter.
The Christmas lights were being turned on in the town where she lives and part of the entertainment laid on for the day was a funfair. I didn”t know that the fair was on so didn’t take my tripod – but looking at the end results I think that going hand-held added to the pictures.
I tried panning the rides as they came in front of me and I think that the shakier results give a much better view of the energy of the rides.
